West Marin Fund and West Marin Collaborative, in partnership with Colibri Collaborative, established a Steering Committee to guide the initiative through the first phase of research and mapping, with the goal to develop a plan for durable communications pathways and more coordinated and inclusive information flow.
The Steering Committee meets weekly by video conference to shape the initiative’s strategy and goals, give input to project research and mapping, review the analysis of the research findings, and help formulate recommendations for future phases.
All Steering Committee members are also members of the Advisory Group that meets regularly to define and broaden the reach of the project.
The Steering Committee represents the diversity of West Marin communities.
